Make your actions clear
Wait for your turn. In live play, state your actions clearly and follow the floor's instructions. Online, check the button, amount and active table before confirming. Do not reveal folded cards or influence others while a hand is still in progress.
Play independently and respect opponents
Do not collude, share hole cards, play on someone else's behalf or use software or real-time assistance prohibited by the platform. Treat opponents, staff and officials respectfully; use the proper channels rather than insults or pressure.
Disputes and account issues
For a dispute, record the event ID, hand ID and time, then use the platform's designated channel. Never disclose passwords, verification codes or full account details. Account and transaction issues should be verified by official platform support.
