Find the hand ID, time and time zone, variant, betting structure, blinds and seats. Similar display names do not establish identity. Use the platform’s official record identifiers when asking it to investigate.
Read one street at a time
Pre-flop, flop, turn and river record separate rounds. Posts identifies a compulsory payment; checks passes without betting; calls matches; raises to gives a new total; folds leaves the hand. Export formats differ, so consult their definitions.
A simple accounting example
If two players each contribute 400, the pot is 800. Receiving that 800 does not mean a net gain of 800, because it includes the winner’s own 400. Any stated fees or split pots require further reconciliation; do not infer everything from one result line.
Uncalled returns and side pots
An uncalled-bet return normally gives back unmatched chips; it is not a bonus. Check eligibility and winners separately for main and side pots. A folded player’s chips may remain in the pot even though that player can no longer win it.
Remove personal details before sharing
For study, retain only the cards, positions, actions and necessary chip amounts. Remove account identifiers, contact details and transaction information. Download, replay and dispute tools depend on the platform’s actual features; this website does not invent personal hand records.
Rules may vary between platforms, tables and events. This guide explains common rules; available games, eligibility and dispute procedures are determined by the platform's official announcements.
